Long a familiar landmark on the San Diego skyline, The Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego gained a second tower in the summer of 2003. The 33-story addition brought another 750 rooms and a host of new services and facilities to the waterfront property.
Still the tallest waterside hotel on the West Coast at 40 stories, it’s also the largest. Hyatt carefully designed both towers so all 1,625 guest rooms provide unobstructed views of the bay or city. Guests arrive to find a dramatic Central Lobby with marble floors, atriums, towering wood-panel accents, and the hotel’s new premier gathering spot, the Grand Lobby Bar, with design influences from around the world.
