Uptown Houston will gain new luxury residential- style accommodations this fall with the opening of Granduca, “Grand Duke.” Italian-born, Houston-based developer Giorgio Borlenghi re-created the privilege and ambience of an Italian palace in all 132 units. Ranging in size from studios to three-bedroom suites, and offered by the day, week, month, or year, most residences come fully furnished and include separate living and dining areas, full-service kitchens, spacious baths, and walk-in closets. Along with the comforts of home come the amenities of a five-star hotel, including a pool, library, lounge, and fitness center.
