The resort offers outstanding dining venues, from elegant and refined to casual snacks. The Crystal Dining Room is the property’s main dining facility. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it specializes in traditional American fare, including a lavish buffet.

The historic 1796 Room is housed in the resort’s original building and offers a memorable dining experience. Innovative cuisine, including frontier favorites such as wild game and venison is offered Tuesday – Thursday from 5:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.

The Frontier Tavern, set in the 1806 Stone Inn is a casual lunch spot or a lively evening entertainment venue. Open daily for lunch from 11:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. and dinner Sunday – Thursday from 5:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. until 11:00 p.m.

Che Sara Sara offers the convenience of “grab and go” selections, or a comfortable setting to linger over coffee and tea, ice cream and sandwiches. Open daily from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
