The Seminole Golf Club is a legendary course dates to 1929 and a design by Donald Ross. After World War II, architect Dick Wilson oversaw some design changes, while Brian Silva oversaw a restoration of the bunkers in recent years.
Interestingly, it was another architect, club member Rees Jones who said, “Seminole is probably the best-bunkered course in America. A shot that hasn’t hit the proper portion of the green is likely to wind up in one of the greenside bunkers.”
