The Lawrence Village Country Club is a private, village-owned 18-hole course was first designed by Mark DeVries in 1936. Constructed on mostly flat terrain, it has lovely, tree-lined fairways, several strategically placed sand bunkers, water hazards on 10 holes and scenic views throughout the course.
The course is challenging but well-built and fair. Distance varies from 5,439 yards to 6,438 yards with a par value of 70, a rating of 72 and a slope of 129. Lawrence Country Club is known for its friendly family atmosphere. It offers 10 indoor and 10 outdoor stalls at its driving range, rental equipment, an on-site pro teacher and food services at the clubhouse.
